Job Description

Central Cariboo Disposal is now accepting resumes for the position of Driver/Operator, for automated Residential Garbage and Recycling pick up in the areas of Cherry Creek , Savona, and Tobiano. Weekly schedule of work is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. This position requires a minimum work schedule of 24 hours/week, however successful candidate will have access to additional 8-16 hours/week at other sites if so desired.

Job Requirements

Class 1 or 3 (Priority given to Class 1), w/Air Endorsement. Minimum 2 years drivers experience. Drivers abstract is required. Successful candidate must be physically fit, as this job may sometimes require heavy lifting. Any experience operating garbage collection equipment is an asset but is not required. Some vehicle maintenance will be required.
