Welcome to Ashcroft Employment Services

Community Futures Thompson Country together with their partners aim to provide exemplary employment services to Ashcroft and the surrounding community. We are your local WorkBC Employment Services Centre providing services to both Job Seekers and local Employers.

We understand finding a rewarding career can be a challenge. WorkBC Ashcroft offers a range of free programs and services, the use of our Self Serve Resource Centre and one-on-one assistance with an Employment Advisor.


The health and safety of everyone - our clients, our employees, and our community is important to us.

We are employing the following measures in our Ashcroft WorkBC office to reduce our chances of transmitting COVID-19 as much as possible:

We are minimizing in-person visits and instead, offering virtual services to help you find and keep employment. In the event you do require an in-person visit, we can assure you we are following WorkSafeBC policies regarding COVID-19 safety in our office. This includes regular surface disinfecting, hand washing/sanitizing, and physical distancing. 


We cannot accept walk-in clients.  All appointments must be scheduled and booked through our front desk or through your Employment Advisor. All clients and staff entering our office will be risk assessed for possible COVID transmission to minimize risk. We will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments to our policies as needed.

  2. Have you arrived from outside of Canada, or have contact with anyone who has arrived from outside of Canada in the last 14 days?  YES / NO
    (It is mandatory for anyone travelling internationally and arriving in Canada to self-isolate for 14 days.)
  3. Do you have contact with anyone with a confirmed case of COVID-19?  YES / NO
