Description
lawn maintenance team leader. Must have multiple years of experience and must be able to lead a small team. Must be hardworking, motivated, and easy to work with.
You will be in charge of 1-2 other employees and your job as the leader is to:
-delegate duties
-ensure your team knows how to do the job, must be able to teach
-irrigation tech certification is a MAJOR asset.
-pruning and trimming of bushes and plants
-lawn care; mowing, trimming, fertilizing, aeration, dethatching, power raking, pesticide spraying, etc
-know how to work on irrigation, fall blowouts
-handle basic machine/tool issues(changing blades, oiling+lubing machines, etc)
- Must have valid drivers license and must have trailer towing experience
- Must be honest and self sufficient. I need someone who can take care of business with little help from me
$25–$40 an hour - Seasonal, Full-time
