Job Duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Address customers complaints and concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Education Requirements:

• Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation are required.
• Completion of secondary school is required

Experience:

• 1 years to less than 2 years

Work Conditions & physical capabilities:

• Fast paced environment with tight deadlines

27.50 per hour 30-40 hours a week
