We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations.  Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and take orders, serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers needs and preferences
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check Customer age requirements, Ensure patrons consume liquor at pub floor in authorized area
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations 
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and mature as an excellent guest host

Responsibilities:

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer literacy.
• Must have serve it right and BCLC Lotto certification
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Ability to keep bar organized, stocked and clean

Room accommodation provided at Employee discount rate.

$17 / hour plus 100% of tips
