We are looking for someone to join our Skeetchestn Dodeca-Homes (SDH) team as we ramp up this coming year to market our housing product to Westem Canada. This is a fast-paced environment that requires someone who is motivated and enthusiastic to keep up with the many daily business tasks. Reporting to SDH Lead Team, Value-Added (VA) Carpenter/Coordinator will organize daily operations of the VA Crew, determining quality control and ensuring production goals are met.

Core responsibilities:

Leading and participating in building projects for our Skeetchestn Dodeca-Home kits.

Budgeting and meeting goals within time restraints and predetermined deadlines, while monitoring progress and making necessary changes to complete project goals.

 Estimating required materials, supplies and labour requirements for given projects and recommends purchases.

Implementing product quality control

Attending meetings and presenting projects when needed.

Ensuring all operational paperwork is completed regarding any projects or proposals.

Ensuring production goals are met.

Willing to travel for projects outside of Skeetchestn Community.
