Short summary:

Washes all wares either by hand or dishwasher then placing them in the correct areas.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Specific duties of the dishwasher are making sure all kitchen wares are cleaned and sanitized before placing them in the correct area
• Making sure all stations are stocked with clean equipment, tools, dishes and utensils
• Ensuring that all utensils and dishware are kept stocked and ready for cooks and servers prior to and throughout the day
• Keeping their stations clean and tidy during and after food prep and service. Occasionally assisting the cooks with food prep during food service
• Restocking fridges and freezers as needed
• Placing broken items in correct containers
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen area at end of day

Qualifications:

• Organized and able to multi-task
• Able to work in a team player
• Keep a clean and tidy workspace
• Work in a fast-paced environment

$20-25 per hour DOE
