Join Flourish, a growing Kamloops-based practice providing high-quality, in-person speech-language services to schools and early childhood programs in small communities across the Interior of BC.
What We Offer

As an SLP with Flourish, you will:
- Collaborate with school teams to deliver dynamic, responsive services
- Support skill development in paraprofessionals and school staff
- Provide individualized intervention for a wide range of communication needs
- Offer robust literacy support for learners of all ages
- Provide coaching and mentorship for speech-language assistants
This role is perfect for someone who values autonomy, flexibility, and community-centred work. You’ll be a key resource for school teams, supporting students’ speech, language, and literacy development in ways that matter.
