Job Title: Office Coordinator / Manager
Location: 70 Mile House, BC
Compensation: $20–$26.50/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are a licensed commercial facility with a focus on high-quality production and operational excellence. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Coordinator / Manager to help support our day-to-day operations and maintain strong administrative systems.
Position Overview
The Office Coordinator / Manager plays a critical role in ensuring all front-office and facility administration runs smoothly. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook. And a strong sense of responsibility in supporting internal teams and compliance workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage daily and weekly work orders for team scheduling and task flow
- Track and enter employee timesheets and ensure accurate hour submissions
- Submit purchase requests and supply orders for approval
- Maintain all administrative and operational documentation in an organized system (physical and digital)
- Compile, print, and file QA packages, SOPs, and internal workflows
- Support with shipment bookings, courier coordination, and tracking documentation
- Maintain updated filing systems using Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Assist with onboarding documentation, benefits updates, and employee record maintenance
- Liaise with on-site team members and external service providers for facility-related maintenance
- Coordinate monthly staff schedules, reviews, and administrative reporting
Qualifications
- APPLICANTS MUST BE LOCAL AND CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE LOCAL AREA (within 1-hour from facility). WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING LMIA OR FOREIGN WORKER APPLICATIONS. A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WITHIN CANADA IS REQUIRED.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office management role
- Strong organization and task management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and file management systems
- Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Clear communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
