We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker Couple to join our team. This live-in position is ideal for a responsible and hands-on couple who enjoy working outdoors and managing a rural property together. The ideal candidates will work as a team to maintain the overall functionality and appearance of the ranch, including gardens, buildings, equipment, and grounds.
This is a couple’s position, and the listed compensation is for both individuals combined.
Job Description:
Livestock care, especially cattle (feeding, fencing, calving, etc.)
General ranch maintenance: haying, irrigation, equipment upkeep
Gardening, lawn mowing, housekeeping, and occasional guest hosting
Winter chores including firewood preparation and snow clearing
Requirements:
Previous ranch work experience required
Experience with cattle is essential
Valid Canadian work authorization required
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
