Skills Requirements:

· Education: completion of secondary/high school graduation certificate

· Work experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a retail store manager or supervisor in a gas station/convenience store is required

Job Duties:

· Monitor and assess daily sales activities at the business to maximize performance and efficiency.

· Direct the cashiers, delegating specific tasks to ensure seamless operations at the gas station and convenience store.

· Investigate local market conditions to gauge potential sales and understand the competitive landscape.

· Work with vendors to secure favorable terms for purchasing gasoline, diesel, snacks, beverages, automotive supplies, etc.

· Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and increase the store's presence within the community.

· Plan budgets, approve expenditures, and monitor revenue to maintain the store's financial stability.

· Evaluate the level of service provided, address customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may occur.

· Oversee hiring, training, and retention initiatives to cultivate a skilled and dedicated team.
