EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

LABOUR 1 / ARENA POSITION

FULL TIME-TEMPORARY Mid November 2025 to Mid March 2026

 The Village of Clinton is seeking a full time Labour 1 position for the Arena from the middle of November to the middle of March 2026 and will be accountable to the Public Works Foreman.

The successful candidate shall have completed grade 12 or equivalent and have a valid class 5 driver’s license.  Duties include operating equipment for ice services, recording numbers, cleaning, shoveling snow, making recommendations to management on matters relating to recreation programming, and various other duties.

The successful candidate will be required to work Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00pm-10:00pm, but schedule may change once arena schedule is made.  Being both a team player and having an ability to work effectively under minimal supervision is essential. The ability to work well with others and the public is a must. The starting wage for this position is $29.60/hr. This is a union position.
