Reporting to the Rebuild Lead, the Coordinator is responsible for coordinating site activities for asset rebuild programs, including supervision of all contractors. By supporting the safe and efficient execution of the program scope, the Coordinator will help deliver cost-effective and sustainable equipment rebuilds.

Responsibilities:
· Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
· Keep track of and report on any project-related incidents to the Project Lead and team. Engage EHS team to investigate incidents and identify lessons learned.
· Develop and maintain a detailed execution plan and schedule for time-sensitive work affecting asset downtime. Report daily on progress and risks to this plan.
· Identify and proactively address any issues relating to project execution as needed. Escalate to the Project Lead in a timely manner as appropriate.
· Supervise multiple contractors and vendors and manage the rebuild site to ensure work is conducted safely and in accordance with the project scope and schedule.
· Complete quality assurance checks in line with the Quality Management Plan.
· Oversee the handling of parts, materials, and equipment at the site in alignment with the project execution plan.
· Coordinate the efforts, schedule and reporting of contractors.
· Assist with site tasks to support personnel and ensure the effective execution of work.
· Undertake daily loss tracking and barriers reporting to identify gaps and enable planning optimization on future projects.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma, with preference given to those with a trade certificate, or relevant degree or diploma.
· Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
· Demonstrated ability to coordinate contractors and vendors in a large-scale industrial environment.
· Experience working in heavy industrial maintenance or fabrication facilities.
· Solid technical background working with heavy equipment.
· Supervisory experience in a mechanical/electrical capacity, or project execution is an asset.
· Trade experience with heavy equipment is an asset.
· Project controls experience, specifically scheduling, is an asset.
· A valid Class 5 or equivalent driver’s license is required.
Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and provide three professional references.
