Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to support our team in maintaining and enhancing our agricultural and landscaping operations. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks related to irrigation, horticulture, and farm maintenance, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience working with farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools in a dynamic environment focused on sustainable practices and quality results.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution.
• Support horticultural activities including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and general plant care.
• Operate heavy equipment and farm machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform routine maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials, supplies, or equipment as needed for various projects.
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and adjustments during tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols during operation of machinery and handling of tools to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, farm machinery, irrigation, horticulture, and maintenance practices preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation, power tools, hand tools, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Prior experience in agriculture or landscaping is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment with attention to safety standards at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
