Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Counter Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and assisting them with their purchasing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
• Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area to enhance the customer experience
• Upsell products and promote ongoing sales or promotions to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue
• Manage inventory levels by notifying management of low stock items
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
• Handle minor customer issues professionally and seek solutions to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work during retail hours, including weekends if necessary

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
