What We Offer

Daily Pay
Get paid for the hours you worked at the end of each day (Fridays paid the following morning). No waiting two weeks for your money.

$30 per Hour – Always
Every cleaner earns $30/hr — whether you’re scheduled for 4 hours or 40. We believe in consistent, reliable pay so you can plan your life confidently.

About the Role

As a Residential Cleaner, you’ll deliver detailed, high-quality cleans using structured checklists so you always know exactly what needs to be done. We believe clarity creates confidence — you’ll never be guessing what’s next.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of residential cleaning experience

(Housekeeping or janitorial roles do not qualify, as the workflow and standards differ significantly.)

• Reliable personal transportation

You must have your own vehicle to travel independently to and from jobs. Public transit, rides from others, or ride-share services do not qualify.

• Your own cleaning supplies during the trial period

This includes vacuum, mop, cloths, and cleaning solutions. Use the brands you prefer. Once fully onboarded, we supply everything.

• Strong time management & accountability

We use a proprietary square-foot-per-hour benchmark to ensure efficiency while maintaining quality. While every home varies in condition, we expect consistent pacing across jobs.
