Full job description

The Traffic Control Person will have the responsibility for assisting with safe and efficient traffic control on and around construction sites. TCP will be tasked with using traffic control signals and signage and communicating effectively with other members of the traffic control team and work crew to reduce and eliminate the risks associated with vehicular traffic. This individual will maintain a calm, professional demeanor always.

Qualifications:

• Valid TCP Certification
• Calm demeanor with good problem-solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills.
• Valid drivers license
• Knowledge of OH&S regulations and knowledge of construction disciplines
• Strong attention to detail
• Consider Safety a number one priority.
• More than one year experience required
