Position Details:

• Job Title: Cook
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Wage: $28.00 - $35 per hour (Depends on skill level)
• Hours: Tuesday - Saturday

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 Years professional cooking experience in Western kitchen
• Ability to work independently and efficiently and in a high-volume environment
• Strong knife skills
  Knowledge of diverse cooking techniques,
  Food Safe level 1 required

Responsibilities:

• Culinary Excellence: Prepare and execute high quality Western dishes according to established SOPs.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Manage stock levels, ordering, and minimize food waste.
• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness
