For: Bear’s Claw Lodge

Position Details:

• Job Title: Cook
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Wage: $28.00 - $38 per hour (Depends on skill level)
• Hours: Tuesday – Saturday

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years professional cooking experience in Western kitchen
• Ability to work independently and managing high-volume kitchen operations
• Strong knife skills
• Knowledge of diverse cooking techniques,
• Food Safe level 1 required

Responsibilities:

• Food preparation & meal execution
• Kitchen operations management.
• Cost control & inventory control
• Staff training
• Kitchen cleaning & sanitization
• Ordering supplies & stock management
• Menu planning
• Commercial kitchen equipment operation
