Position: Industrial Janitor

Project Location: Highland Valley Copper Mine Site, near Logan Lake, BC

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, 10-hour shifts

We are hiring for full-time Industrial Janitorial positions at the Mine Life Extension, happening now at Highland Valley Copper Mine. This role includes daily cleaning and maintenance of industrial spaces such as Office Trailers, Wash Carts, Lunchroom Trailers, and Dry Rooms. Responsibilities involve regular cleaning routines, waste management, and keeping assigned areas in pristine condition. The position operates on a rotational schedule: four days on, four days off, with 10-hour shifts, and travel to the work site is provided. The starting wage is $28 per hour plus overtime. The job is performed in all weather conditions, with safety as our top priority. The successful candidate will ensure all surfaces are sanitized and supplies are properly stocked and stored. Physical fitness is a must. Commitment to excellent service is essential, as our staff support a range of individuals from executives to heavy equipment operators. Strong interpersonal skills are required.

· Other activities and responsibilities to support the success of the company’s project activities and exceed the client’s delivery expectations.

· Previous experience in janitorial services or housekeeping

· Keen attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Dependable, with a strong work ethic

· Ability to provide a clean drug & alcohol screen

· Physical endurance for repetitive tasks and prolonged standing

· Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
