About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled leader, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily operations, support staff development, improve service processes, and serve as the primary point of escalation for customer concerns.

This position will be based in Ashcroft with the possibility of travel to our Kamloops branch.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, train, and develop service staff
• Create work schedules and monitor daily workflow
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members

Operational Management

• Oversee daily service operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Implement service policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure fleet remains compliant with CVSE
• Manage service department KPIs and report performance trends
• Coordinate with other departments to support business objectives

Financial & Resource Management

• Assist in budget planning and cost control
• Track service metrics, labor hours, and resource usage
• Ensure inventory, equipment, and tools are well-maintained
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase productivity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in service management or a related leadership role
• Class 1 licence
• Strong background in customer service and operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with service management software and tools
• Industry-specific knowledge (preferred but not required)
