Position: Full-Time Helper / Assistant 

Bear’s Claw Lodge is currently seeking a dependable and versatile individual to join our team as a Full-Time Helper / Assistant. This is a dynamic role that supports multiple areas of our operation, including housekeeping, front desk, and restaurant/kitchen duties.

Position Details:

• Wage: $22.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Hours: Based on operational needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or kitchen environments is an asset, but not required
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning rooms and laundry
• Support front desk operations (greeting guests, answering phones, basic guest assistance)
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and common areas
• Assist in the restaurant and kitchen as needed (basic prep, cleaning, support tasks)
• Provide waitressing support, including taking orders, serving food, and assisting guests
• Provide general support across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
